The Buddy School is an interactive educational block developed in cooperation with specialists of vast experience of working with international students, especially in psychological, legal and communication spheres. The selected participants got acquainted with basic principles of buddy responsibilities, peculiarities of educational process at the Derzhavin University and tested gained knowledge in practice.

The pilot project "School of Buddy-volunteers # TMB-team" took place in the Derzhavinsky Technopark on March 11 and 12, 2021.

International and Russian students of the Tambov region who have completed the # TMB-team volunteer buddy school have all the necessary theoretical and practical skills for social, legal, communication online and offline support of freshmen.
