New Year with ISIC68
From December 13 to 30, isic68 held a series of festive events dedicated to the celebration of the New Year and Christmas!
The marathon began on December 13 with a thematic photo contest. Russian and international students of Derzhavin University took part in the creative competition in 5 nominations. The winners were chosen by public voting. In total, more than 40 works were presented picturing decorated Christmas trees, landscapes of the Russian winter, New Year's selfies and much more. The award ceremony for the winners took place on December 28.
On December 20, international students took part in a master class on decorating Christmas balls. With the help of acrylic, sequins and creativity, the participants created the New Year mood with their own hands.
Christmas dodgeball tournament took place on December 22, where teams of students competed for the main prize - the Christmas Cup.
As for the Christmas Eve, December 24, we celebrated it with an intellectual game “Quiz-mas”, where teams of Russian and international students competed in the knowledge of Christmas and New Year traditions.
On December 30, international students of Derzhavin University congratulated everyone on the upcoming New Year in different languages. Thematic online concert was held this day too.
